What is Meditation?

Hi Everyone!

I thought you might enjoy this video of Tolle discussing meditation. Whatever way you choose to meditate, it can be a great tool for returning to and connecting with your true self.

Taking the time to be present with your true self is very beneficial when choosing to become aware of the world of the ego.

As for my understanding and experience, Meditation is a transcendence from the state of mind to no-mind.

A state of no-mind is that state where all the outer and inner chattering of the mind has stopped. Where we are so silent that we are aware of even small things; for example even a blink of an eye.

Where we are aware and aware and nothing else...

This is very true! It is sometimes difficult to stop the inner chatter but with practice it can be done. Bliss!
